Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for your Nantes visit, gathered from what guests ask us every day.

Before Your Visit

It's the smart move. Nantes weekends and French school holidays bring the crowds, and online bookings get priority on the time slots — turn up pre-booked and walk straight in.
From Monday to Thursday the museum runs from 10:00 - 18:00, and from Friday to Sunday from 09:00 - 20:00. Public holidays sometimes change the rhythm — the booking calendar shows what's really open.
Completely. The exhibits are designed so a child and an adult standing in the same spot see two different wonders — that's what makes family visits work so well here.
With pleasure — from 10 people, the website handles your group booking directly. Teachers and team organisers: send us an email and we'll shape the visit around your group.

During Your Visit

Give yourself a good hour — some race through in 45 minutes, others linger past the 90-minute mark hunting for the perfect picture.
Photos and videos are part of the experience here — snap, film, and share as much as you like. A tag always makes our day.
Yes — wheelchair users enjoy full access throughout the museum. A dedicated wheelchair lift serves every level, so the complete experience is open to you.
No locker room here — your bag stays with you, which works perfectly fine. Just avoid bulky luggage and you'll be comfortable throughout.

Tickets & Pricing

The adult entry (from age 18) is €15, the child rate (7 to 17 years) is €12, and reduced entry costs €14. Under-7s visit free, one per paying adult or reduced ticket. Off-peak slots can be cheaper, so check the calendar.
Reduced pricing welcomes: Students, teachers, disabled persons. Do carry the matching card or document — our team checks it at reception.
If something comes up, your booking can be moved free of charge until 3 hours before the visit — the link is in your confirmation email. For refunds, see our refund policy.
